Returns

Not happy with something you received? It doesn’t look, feel, fit or make you look like you thought it would? No problems! We’ve got you covered. Please contact us and we will discuss how to work together so you are satisfied with your Miran expereince.

 

Our policy lasts 7 days. So make sure that you try things out as soon as you get them, and act within the timeframe to help us meet your expectations and serve you to the best of our abilities.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unused, unworn (except for fitting), and unwashed. Original tags and packaging needs to be included in the return package as well.

Items that have been worn, washed, torn, have their tags removed or packaging damaged, have stains (such as makeup or deodorant) or anything that might render the item unsellable can not be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to return, the following procedure will apply:

  • Contact HelpMe@MiranGear.com as soon as you know that you wish to return or exchange an item. Please indicate order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Ship the item back to us with its original packaging. As long as you’ve contacted us within the time frame and you were able to ship it, don’t worry what time it arrives to us.
  • Once we get it and inspect it, we will process your return/exchange as follows:
    • Return:
      • If you paid with a credit card, the full amount of the item will be refunded to the credit card minus any shipping & Handling fees.
      • F you paid with cash, you will be issued a gift card with the full amount of the item(s) minus any shipping & handling fees.
    • Exchange:
      • Miran team will send you the items you wish for, and you will not have to pay again for shipping! This process goes on for a maximum of two returns, after which our founder will personally contact you to see where the issue is.
      • If you wish to return, same steps above apply.

Gift Cards can not be exchanged or refunded and have a validity of two years from the date of purchase.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For cash on delivery orders, we will issue you a gift card with the amount.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at HelpMe@mirangear.com and send your item to: Burj Views East Tower Dubai Dubai AE .

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
